How many times can the breath ketone meter be used?
Answer: The ketone meter can be used several thousands of times without needing testing strips. -

What do different LED light colors indicate?
Answer: Green light signifies successful ketosis reading, amber light indicates low battery, and red light indicates an unsuccessful ketosis reading. -
Question:
How can one know if they are in the optimal ketosis zone?
Answer: Readings between 0.5-3.0 on the device indicate being in the optimal ketosis zone. -
Question:
I constantly get readings of 6.5 and above but know I'm not in 'starvation mode'. Has anyone else experienced this?
Answer: Starvation mode isn't good as the guide says. I'm constantly up there too and even into the warning zone but blood rarely higher than 3. That's when you feel good. -

Does a reading of 0.20 mean 2 on this machine? Thank you
Answer: The machine I had almost always gave a reading of 0.2, the only exception was when it read 0.1. I tested this against ketonix test strips which gave me readings between 1.0 and 1.5. In answer to your question, I imagine it is meant to read 0.2, not 2.0. Best of luck with your machine, I sent mine back. -

What is a reading of 0.10 and 0.20? I'm confused, what does that mean?
Answer: Only 1.5 upwards reflects ketosis. I ended up returning mine for a refund as our results were so erratic from minute to minute. -

What does E. 00 mean as a reading?
Answer: Cannot really help you there. When I tried this product, I found that the accuracy was very poor. It only seemed to want to give one reading all the time, 0.2. The best thing for me was to return it and to return to using strips.
