    Answer: The certificate with my torque wrench was legible and verified that the wrench was operating within the tolerances. In practical terms the user should not require to refer to the certificate for normal use. If at any time it was suspected that the wrench had gone out of calibration it would have to be returned to the vendor or approved centre for re-test and re-certification and the old certificate would be void.
  • Question: The torque on this is 2-24nm. Does anyone know what torque range is needed for general hybrid bike maintenance? Thanks.

    Answer: Yes, if by ‘…stuck in the sockets…’ you are referring to the magnetic retention of the bit in the socket so that they do not fall out during normal use. There can be many other reasons why one of the bits may become stuck but to reply to such situations requires you to be more prescriptive with your question.

  • Question: I'd be using this in a confined space, If anyone knows the dimensions of the wrench that would be grand thanks :)

    Answer: The wrench is 220mm in length with the head being 25mm long and 20mm wide and can fit into confined areas. I have have used the wrench on the seat post allen screw of my Whyte Wessex bike where the allen screw is quite close to the actual seat post and any normal socket wrench (even a 3/8 inch drive) will not fit.
