STOTT PILATES Sets Editorial Review
The STOTT PILATES Intense Body Blast: Pilates Interval Training, Level 1 has garnered mixed reviews from customers, primarily focusing on the nature and intensity of the workout. Many users appreciated the workout for its fresh approach to traditional Pilates routines. The 37-minute session is characterized by PJ O'Clair's lighthearted instruction, which adds an uplifting vibe to the experience. Reviewers particularly noted that the incorporation of multiple repetitions in each interval helps in enhancing engagement, making the workout feel faster and more enjoyable. However, expectations regarding the intensity of the workout varied significantly among customers. Some perceived it as a refreshing and manageable routine; others were disappointed by what they believed to be a misrepresentation of the workout's intensity. While the title suggests a challenging session, many found it to be more suitable for beginners or those new to Pilates, arguing that it lacks the demanding nature often associated with higher-level workouts. As a result, seasoned practitioners of Pilates might feel that the DVD does not provide adequate challenge, whereas novices found it to be a helpful introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates. Overall, the STOTT PILATES Intense Body Blast can be seen as an effective entry point for beginners while potentially falling short for those seeking a rigorous workout experience. **
