The ingredients contain both cane or beet sugar and sucralose. Unfortunately, it seems that the product's advertisement is quite misleading; there are many reports of customers receiving only one package of six pouches when they had ordered twelve packages of six each. Additionally, some packages have been reported as too old and expired, which is particularly concerning for a Consumable product.
