Answer: Yes, it has adhered to the clothes I have used so far and my skin too. But there may be fabrics I haven't tried yet that don't stick as well, not sure. Cotton, poly blend, those have worked well. -

How to use?
Answer: Peel one side off and put it onto your clothing. Place the sticky side onto your skin, peel the other side off and lay it flat for about 6-inch long strips. I use about three on each side when I'm wearing a deep v-neck shirt. It is very sticky and reliable. I have very large breasts so it helps keep everything covered up. -
