It can create structure and strength but may not be sufficient for those who need extra strength. It can be used over tips and can be worn alone without a gel polish as it is clear. It needs a curing lamp as it is a gel product. When applied with a dehydrator and protein bond, this base helps keep the gel application from lifting. It also allows the natural nail plate to flex, without causing separation from the product. Positive Reviews: Customers with naturally strong nails highly recommend the IN.HYPE Rubber Base Coat for gel polish applications. Its self-leveling formula fills in dents and levels out the nail bed. It's much better than other options in the market and works phenomenally under gel.
