The product being reviewed is a lamp that is described as very attractive, sturdy, and easy to install. Customers love the fact that it swings in several directions and that it's the right size with the right features. The metal Construction and blend of colors are very decorative. However, some customers received the lamp in pieces without necessary parts, such as loose wires and missing rings to keep the shade on. One customer was disappointed that the lamp didn't pivot as described, which was their main reason for ordering. The majority of customers, however, had a positive experience with this product.
