The RackChoice M-ATXMini-ITX 2U Rackmount Depth 21.5 Server Chassis offers good build quality and value for money. It is suitable for use as a NAS build and has hotswap bays and room for additional drives. However, there are a few issues with this chassis that need to be addressed. One problem is with the rail on the left side of the chassis, which interferes with the guard tray for the front IO. Another issue is the PCI slot SSD tray, which will only fit in the case if there is an ITX motherboard installed. The rails provided are not compatible with full-size racks and can only extend to a maximum of 28 inches. The motherboard standoffs are not installed, and a tool is not included, so additional tools are required for assembly. Despite these drawbacks, the case is still a decent buy. It is durable and fulfills its purpose of being rack-mounted without falling apart. The case is designed for mini-ITX style boards and comes with all necessary cables. However, the case fans are loud and need to be replaced for quieter operation. The case is deep, so proper rackmount space is required. One user experienced issues with the reset switch, which caused problems with motherboard functionality. However, overall performance of the case was satisfactory. Users appreciated the tool-less design of the trays for easy installation.
