Battery Operated Only It takes 1 **AA battery, battery cover is located in the back of the clock and it is very easy to remove and return. One brand new alkaline battery is able to last over 6 months. ATTENTION: When the alarm clock runs slowly or the ringtone becomes smaller, please replace the battery immediately to avoid battery leakage and damage to the alarm clock. Please do not place them in places with humidity, high temperature, dust and corrosive gases. The quartz clock uses 1.5V AA battery, please install the battery according to the + and - poles marked on the battery cover of the movement. The alarm clock is powered by 1**AAbattery (not included) How to set an alarm? Just rotate the ''ALARM'' knob in the direction of the arrow, adjust the pointer of the alarm clock to the desired time, then turn the '''ON'' button, alarm on. Troubleshooting Q: Are batteries included? What type of battery are using?
