Does the 6x9’ size come with the fringe?
Answer: I'm not sure. I ordered the 4×6 and it has the fringe. -

How do I get rid of this chemical musty smell it comes with?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry - It is normal for some rugs to have a mild chemical odor when first opened, which will typically dissipate within about 24 hours. If desired, place the rug near an open window or fan for the first few hours to help air it out. -

Can you remove the fringe?
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. The fringe is attached to the rug, so removing it would more than likely ruin the integrity of the rug. -

Is this rug nice enough to use at front entrance over light grey tile?
Answer: The rug I ordered is round and is under our dinette table. It is not very thick. You would need a thick pad underneath, especially over tile or it would easily slide. -

Would you say the pink is more... salmon... rose... putty... or bubblegum?
Answer: I got white and threw it away. So thin I could see right thru it -

Is there a way to contact the seller? The rug they sent me is a completely different rug. Not the wrong size or color, but a completely different rug!
Answer: Well I really nice rug I like it and the fringes is what I liked out of the rug. But it was a really nice quality for the money. -
