Answer: The pre-drilled holes are located where the shelving is positioned on the left and right side of the safe. -

Answer: The unlocking mechanism is manual. You need to turn the knob manually. -

Lost keys and never set up key code. How can I get in?
Answer: If you never set the key code, it should still be set to the factory code. Try using the default code 1234. You can also refer to the user manual, which can be found on the internet. -

Answer: If you had your own code set, I wouldn't know what it is. However, I believe the code that came with it was 1234.
