    Answer: Presence of excessive hydrogen causes the body to be acidic. This can be caused by stress, sugar, fried foods, Hydrogenated foods, and acidic beverages.
  • Question: How is pHenomenal different from other alkaline solutions and drinking waters?

    Answer: pHenomenal works in an entirely different way than other alkaline solutions as it finds and binds the acidity in the body instead of adding minerals to it.
  • Question: Is there any risk of over-alkalizing with pHenomenal?

    Answer: No, there is no risk of over-alkalizing as it only removes excess Hydrogen which causes the body to be acidic.
  • Question: Would it be good to mix it with ro (reverse osmosis) water from our filter?

    Answer: Using 'Distilled Water' is always BEST as it is a pH neutral 7.0 so it won't affect the strength of the pHenomenal water.
  • Question: But how many drops in a 12 oz cup of distilled?

    Answer: I just made it per the instructions & put it into jars in the amounts I wanted to drink throughout each day

    Answer: pHenomenal does NOT contain additional minerals. It begins as regular water (H2O) and in the manufacturing process 1 Hydrogen molecule is removed.
  • Question: How long do you need to wait before it’s ph level in distilled water reaches 9.5+? I’ve checked the level with ph strips and have not seen any higher

    Answer: No. It is H2o missing an H (hydrogen). It is a unique molecule.
  • Question: Can this be used with tap water and still positive results.

    Answer: You will receive the most the product can provide by using distilled water. If distilled is not used the next best option is reverse osmosis. This product will provide results with any water- including tap water- if nothing else is available.
  • Question: Why it is oily? I just mixed my first bottle and the oil got all over my lips and my mouth tastes oily too 😕

    Answer: Maybe you got a bad bottle and I should contact the company. They are very nice to deal with. I am sure they will be happy to help you.
  • Question: Wouldn't the stevia greatly neutralize the concentrate?

    Answer: Not only is the base solution pH accounted for prior to adding stevia during the manufacturing process, we use the highest grade stevia available (98% RebA) which contains no fillers so not only is the amount of stevia necessary to create the ultimate sweetness very small in comparison to average/common consumer-packaged stevia but the highest grade also does not have the typical 'stevia aftertaste'.
