Editorial Review
If you're looking to learn Thai, Thai for Beginners seems to be a good option. The book appears to be well written and clearly presents lessons. However, it's worth noting that some reviewers found the book to be more intermediate than beginner-level, and that it is not the only resource needed to make progress in learning Thai. Some buyers recommend purchasing the accompanying CD to help with pronunciation, and note that it can be frustrating to try to use the book without the CD or other resources. There are also some complaints about trouble accessing the audio files.
