Answer: If you have a Kohler soap dispenser, you can phone the company and they will send a new one at no charge. The new one should work well for about a year. -

Does anyone know how to clear the aerator on this model?
Answer: The aerator on this faucet requires a special key to remove it. The key is usually supplied with the faucet, but it is commonly discarded. If you perform a search on “cache aerator Keys,” you should find a number of aftermarket replacements. Alternatively, you can contact Kohler support at 800.456.4537, and they will give you the Kohler part number for the key for that faucet.
