The Robinair gauge is designed to accurately give a vacuum reading, although it has received mixed reviews from customers. The gauge will not measure completely from 0 to 250mbar absolute, but it will come very close to the requirement on the low side. It is a 1/8" male pipe connector, but comes with an adapter to 1/4 jic. The auto shut off feature is programmed into the product and cannot be adjusted or shut off. Customers have found that the product does not hold a vacuum well, and can drift off and stop displaying. One reviewer needed to return the product as it did not work at all.
