This is a large-capacity food dehydrator, that is made in China but is highly recommended by customers. The product is well made, sensibly designed, and durable with stainless steel walls and bottom. It is quieter than a microwave but a bit louder than a modern refrigerator. The dehydrator comes with only one kind of stainless steel tray, which may not be suitable for vege leafs and flower petals, but there are silicone mats available to better hold them. The temperature unit can be adjusted, but the lowest temperature setting is 86 deg F, therefore, it cannot be programed to have a fan-only option. It can dehydrate purees of fruits, but liquids can be dehydrated as well, when they are spread thinner than 3 mm for the drying process with a temperature setting between 60-70 degrees Celsius. Customer feedback shows that while some had minor issues like adjusting the fan or fixing the shelves, others had negative experiences such as receiving a used product, bad customer service or a heating element that stopped working, but these cases are exceptional. The vast majority of users are quite satisfied with the product and recommend it to others.
