One reviewer mentioned that it ran continuously for almost 60 hours when other bigger units didn't last half as long. On a more negative note, some reviewers stated that the return policy was garbage and that the generator was heavy and loud. There were also complaints about the electric start not working after just one use, and the customer service from the authorized repair center being unhelpful. A few customers had issues with delivery, however, these were from third-party contractors and not related to Amazon.
