The switch can be managed over SSH and/or Telnet. The web management page displays packet counters; however, the switch will not respond to SNMP queries. Link aggregation is 802.3ad and/or LACP compatible. The switch can only support up to 32 different VLANs. To configure a VLAN trunk port, users can create the various VLANs and then make which ports can carry the traffic on the web GUI. While the average latency for this switch is low, it can get extremely hot, and there is no way to add a fan to the switch. In terms of customer reviews, the switch has mixed ratings, with some customers complaining about poor customer support and the switch's poor performance, while others had positive experiences with the product's reliability and simplicity of use.
