    Answer: Perfectly if you use it correctly, use the drill end to make a hole then the reverse bit into the hole to remove the screw. Use low speed for both and go easy. Anyone who says it doesn’t work isn’t using it properly or carefully enough.
  • Question: Is it anti-clockwise (reverse) for both the drill and extract phases?

    Answer: Both the burnish and removal phases are anti-clockwise. The drill out bit is ground to work anti-clockwise. Use both ends anti-clockwise.
  • Question: Will it be able to remove screws that have been outside in all weathers for years?

    Answer: They should, but if the screws have been overly weakened by rust, then the screw could shear/snap.
  • Question: Will this work on a screw with no head on it?

    Answer: Yes, it will work on a screw without a head. You will have to drill a pilot hole first in the screw for the left hand thread on the remover to bite into.
  • Question: Does anyone know if this will remove a snapped 8mm stud that had no head?

    Answer: This did not remove any screws in my decking that had some wear but with head.
