Question:
I previously had my lock working, but now it is not working. I sent an urgent email for help but did not receive a reply. What should I do?
Answer: If you have already changed all the batteries and the lock is still not working, it is possible that there are batteries both in the keypad and in the cylinder. Try changing the batteries in both places. If the issue persists and you haven't found a solution, I can ask a locksmith who sells these locks for further assistance.
