The inside of the bag has some water-resistant fabric lining, but some of the smaller pockets are not water-resistant. The strap is adjustable and comfortable to wear even when the bag is heavy. With two generous pockets and a zippered middle pocket, the bag is perfect for carrying several thick legal size manila folders and a laptop too.
