However, the precision of the readings isn't super precise, but the device measures an average wind speed. Customers have reported some issues with the product. One customer reported that the battery door was glued shut and the fan sensor wasn't working. Another customer noticed that the temperature reading varies Constantly by 3-9 degrees, rendering the readings questionable. However, the manufacturer responded and replaced the faulty probe in the former case, and the customer was able to open the battery cover.
