Customers found the surface to be custom ABS plastic that won't break, rot or decompose like the inferior plywood used by competitors. They were pleased with the ramp's durability and said that it could withstand being left outside without any issues. Some customers put two together to make a half-pipe with a nice transition. The product was really easy to put together, and despite some initial issues with customer service, the owner of Ramptech was found to be very supportive and helpful. Suggestions were made for more heavy-duty wheels and adding a stud or two, but overall, customers were happy with the product and would highly recommend it.
