Answer: No, the PM2.5 sensor only works with WS-2000, WS-5000, WS-2902B, WS-2902C, and the Observerip module. -

Can WS-2000 support two PM2.5 sensors, one inside and one outside?
Answer: No, currently only one PM2.5 sensor can be used by the WS-2000 console. -

Does the PM2.5 sensor detect chemicals in the air and tell you which chemicals they might be?
Answer: No, the PM2.5 sensor only detects particulates in the air such as smoke, dust, and smog. Although it can pick up chemicals, it cannot identify them. -

How do you use the included mounting screws as there are no holes in the base?
Answer: The top part of the PM2.5 snaps off the black mounting base. Insert the screws for attaching the base and snap the top back on. To access the connector for charging, unsnap the top again. -

Does the PM2.5 sensor work with WS-2902B?
Answer: Yes, the PM2.5 sensor can work with the WS-2902B sensor array + ObserverIP. -
Question:
Is there a firmware update for WS-2902A to allow pairing with PM2.5 sensor?
Answer: No, the WS-2902A does not work with any additional sensors such as the PM2.5 sensor. You will need a WS-2902B, WS-2902C, WS-2000, WS-5000, or Observerip module.
