Although it is a smaller capacity item and less complex than other rice cookers, it works very well and gives perfect rice every time. In terms of its design, the Aroma Housewares 4-Cups Cooked 1Qt. Rice & Grain Cooker ARC-302NGP is Pink in color and features a Teflon-based inner pot that has a non-stick coating which is PFOA free. It is easy to clean and maintain. The device is very easy to use, and it only takes about 15 minutes to cook oatmeal. The unit only operates at 120V, so if you require 220V, you would need to use a power converter for the voltage. The unit cannot cook black garlic, and it does not come with a steamer basket. One non-stick coated container holds water and rinsed rice grains. A non-stick spoon comes for stirring and for serving rice.
