I am getting inconsistent readings from the device when taking readings just after the last. How can I get an accurate reading?
Answer: When checking your blood, wipe the first drop that shows after pricking your finger. Ensure the monitor is working properly, remove it from the blood source once it reaches 5, and the reading should be accurate. Recording daily readings can help determine if the monitor is accurate. -

Can it measure in mg?
Answer: Yes, it can measure in mg. The measurement range is from 20 to 600 mg/dL (1.1 mmol/L ~ 33.3mmol/L). -

Why is the reading 100% different 5 seconds later after the first reading?
Answer: The cause of the inconsistent readings is unknown. Testing on two different machines at the same time produced different results. It's unclear which reading is correct. -

Can I use any strips with this device? Or do I need Kinetik's?
Answer: Only Kinetik Wellbeing Blood Glucose Test Strips are compatible with this device. -
